Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Phone was working perfectly fine and then died and now it will not go past turning on for a second on the Apple logo and then turn it back off

Phone was working fine it died I tried to charge it and it will not turn back on it goes to the Apple logo and then back off only when the charger is in As soon as you take the charger off it dies

This behaviour suggests that the battery - which is over four years old - is the problem. When it is on the charger look at what the iPhone tells you about battery health. Settings > Battery > Battery Health. What is the figure given for maximum capacity?
