I have to go into 'Health' to set a time alarm?

You've got to be kidding.

I just want a ring before an appointment and they say alarms is now part of 'health.'

On entering they want my age, height weight, sex, and sleep hours I want, exercise, etc, etc, etc, etc

This is my first 24 hrs with my first Apple product: 13 Max phone.

and I'm about to return it.

This is the privacy co, and they want to know and run my life/health/sleep hours to set a simple one-time alarm?

I hit the clock button, of course.

And it only allowed me to go to 'Health.'

You think that makes sense?

Then the biggest data mining ever attempted on me.

You think that's good design? User friendly? or NUTS.

Calendar just gives you first today, then a confusing maze beyond that.

I havd a repeating Tuesday appt I;m not entering one at a tinme

On my android I just click on time and I can se and set multiple or repeating alarms simple click

one click, one page, all functions.

If that's it I will give the phone back, and if you like mention your name, and question what clown at Apple designed this nightmare.

You only confirmed it and the needless apple Maze for what should be an ultra-simple function and is on Android.

thx

The Clock app and Health are not connected in any way. You can set alarms only in clock, not in health.

Open clock

Tap alarm

Tap "+" to add an alarm

If you have a repeating appointment, set it up in calendar as a repeating appointment. Add an alert too. This is similar to every calendar system:

Open Calendar

Tap "+"

Enter your event details

Be sure to also tap on repeat to set up the repetition you desire.

Tap on alert to add alerts
