Why Siri not responding my voice

Turn OFF Low Power Mode and “Hey Siri” should work. Siri is requires more power to operate and when you put the iPhone in Low Power Mode, then it does not work due to that setting.

Does this happen no matter what you ask to Siri? Can you ask, “What time is it?’ Does Siri recognize that question from you?
