I can't play any of my downloaded songs

I haven't used my Apple Music in a few days, I tried opening it today but I kept receiving a -42800 error code. its very frustrating ive tried everything. what's funny is if I try to play songs that I haven't downloaded, it works but the sings in my library aren't playing. why? I need help
