How do I delete blocked call numbers? The information I have received so doesn't work. it tells me to go to Settings, Phone, Blocked calls, then pull the number to the left and hit delete. I don't have delete, I just have unblock call.

Correct.
You need to unlock those numbers and they will disappear from the list.
Obviously the unlocked (and automatically deleted from that list) numbers are not blocked any longer.
