Sim card

I am changing from iPhone 7 to iPhone 11. On setting up do I put in the SIM card from my old phone into the iphone11 first or not.

Both of those iPhones use the same size SIM card (Nano). See ➡️ How to remove or switch SIM card on your iPhone.
