turn off do not disturb or focus

I keep missing very important phone calls. Found out it was the focus feature on my iPhone 12 Pro. How can I turn this feature off for good?

Go to Settings>Focus. If Do Not Disturb is the only one setup, tap on it and turn off the switch. How did you find out it was Focus that was making you miss phone calls?
