cannot download apps
cannot download apps on my new iph 13 pro max. They are stuck in loading stage. Tried few options from Google, but nothing helped.

Did you restore from a backup? If so, you will need to connect to a Wi-Fi network and plug your iPhone in to power for everything to download back to your iPhone. But, you can prioritize the app downloads, tap and hold app, click Prioritize Download. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207165
If not, then, try restarting your iPhone. Try force closing the App Store app, reopen, and try again. Make sure you have good cellular data service or are connected to a good Wi-Fi connection. If you have a VPN, disconnect it or uninstall it temporarily and try again to download an app. Update your software, if you have an update available. You can turn on Airplane mode for 15 seconds, turn back off, and try again. You can, also, try resetting network settings (this will reset all APN, VPN, and Wi-Fi settings, you will need to set up your wifi connection again with password after resetting).
