iPhone 6s, iOS 12

If you have an iPhone that is showing iOS 12.5.5 is up to date, then you have an iPhone 6, not a 6s, and the iPhone 6 cannot be updated from iOS 12.5.5. It does not have the hardware to support a newer iOS. When you go to Settings>General>Software Update, if it shows up to date then you cannot update it.
