How do I show Music where the files are that I've already downloaded?

I recently purchased a new MacBook Pro. My older one I had built my iTunes library, with all of my files on an external hard drive. Since purchasing a Music subscription, my library is now on the cloud. When I open Music on my new MacBook Pro, every track says that its file location is on the Cloud, even though I have the external hard drive connected. How do I show Music that I've already downloaded these tracks?

You can use File > Add to Library to import the local copies. The cloud links should disappear once Music is aware of the local version. See also Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community.
