Beats Fit Pro paired with iPhone 12 IOS 5.1.1 transparency and noise cancellation work but not spatial audio. Spatial audio in output settings but it's greyed out. How to make spatial audio work?
There’s a way to fix it. You go into settings>Accessibility>Audio visual then turn off mono audio and then the spatial audio will work.

It was released 10 years ago.
No idea how you installed it on an iPhone 12.
