Can I add existing albums to a new folder ? How?

Seems this is not directly possible ... however there is always a way !

*** Seems you can add folders of photo albums, within an existing folder

NB: Except: the Photo albums that Photos creates for you, such as Recents, People, Memories, and Places etc.stay as is.

(The photos in them exist in the Library, and are "reflected" or "synced" in these albums.)

Or

Seems one way to achieve the old album in to existing folder may be:

Create a new Photo album in the existing folder you created.

select all the photos in the old photo album

and

add them to the new album that is already in that existing folder

Seems Photo albums may be easier to work with if you have access to a Mac!
