Since Notifications disappear so quickly how do I access them to take action ? Ie received a list of Security breaches and now it is gone after reading “one”

Set the notification settings for your apps to Persistent instead of Temporary .
They are gone now.
Try this (Same on all iphones since 6S)
Settings, Notifications, Messages
Change it to look like my photo.
Repeat for all apps
