Trying to restore my iPhone now it shows iPhone unavailable what do I do next ?

This is what you do next

You can sometimes do this without a computer but you will need the Apple ID password

 It will wipe the phone even if Apple Store do it.

That's a sign of too many passcode attempts where it eventually locks and doesn't allow a new attempt to unlock for an hour. Some iPhones are programmed to wipe after 10 incorrect passcode attempts.


It's not going to be possible to restore without a working passcode. That's a security feature meant to keep stolen devices from being used. About the only exception I can think of is if the passcode is forgotten and an Apple Store employee might be able to restore it with a proof of purchase.
