Well my friend invited me to join her family,after accepting the invite my Apple Music isn’t working it’s still telling me to do free 3months,please help

Try restarting the iPhone:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

You might also be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
