Why the Issue? There is an issue connecting it Apple's servers.

So, what to do:

A. Wait a Few:

There have been intermittent reports of errors with Apple's servers. So, try later on.

Or...

B. Update Using a Computer.

Go to Settings > General > About and verify you actually have a 6S and not just a 6.

If you have a 6, you cannot update beyond 12.5.5
