apps do not upload

When transferring data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone all non-Apple apps stop loading half way through and stay blocked

3rd parties apps are not transferred using Quick Start nor restored from a backup.

They are re-downloaded from App Store.

Keep your device connected to a reliable and fast wifi network with Internet access and wait for their complete re-download/re-install process. Depending on the apps number, it might take some hours to finish the procedure.
