I am trying to add my mac.com email to the Mail client. I select Apple email account then iCloud setup and it asks me what apps use with it giving me Cancel or Add account option. Neither of them work.
The buttons just are not responsive.
And I am unable to close the Mail app. I tried twice already and each time is the same. I need to force close in order to close it at all and restart from scratch.
Don’t use the iCloud option that’s is for @icloud.com emails only there is a button named “ Other” have you tried that one ?
Go System Preferences >> Internet Accounts >> iCloud and Add the xx.mac.com Account
Have added the same xx.mac.com account to several new and Newer Apple Computers of the years.
iCloud: About your @icloud.com, @me.com and @mac.com email addresses
