migrated library
once i migrate a library from iPhoto to photos app, can I delete the iPhoto library.migratedphotolibrary from the shared folder?

Yes, but...
It is possible some items might not migrate - for example if they are a legacy format that Photos can't use. You might want to take a copy of the migrated library on an external drive before deleting it. Or if you are certain you have everything you need in the Photos library, then just delete the iPhoto library.
