Some Disappearing Contacts

Hello,

I've got a bit of an issue where some of my contacts have seem to disappeared. Only visible is the phone numbers in the iMessage app and call history. This seems to be a consistent problem and has happened in the past with this phone and sometimes randomly fixes itself. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I’ve tried searching in the communities for a resolution but none of what had been mentioned have worked for me.

I am currently on iOS 15.2

I’ve tried turning off contacts in iCloud and turning it back on and merging. No luck
I’ve tried backing up my iCloud, also no luck.
I have 4 different email account signed in and contacts all enabled, I’ve tried turning off then back on, didn’t seem to do anything.
I have restarted my iPhone, no luck.

I’m out of Solutions here and am in need of some help.

Update: Upon further investigation, I realized some how I signed into an Outlook account twice with the same email. I thought one of them was my Live account and the other was my Hotmail account but they both ended up being my Live account, and some of those "missing" contacts got synced up with the hotmail account, hence why I was not seeing them in my contacts.

Moving forward I am going to attempt to import these contacts into iCloud so that they're on coming from the same source.
