Macbook pro 2021 14" keeps crashing when using Photoshop. Are there any known problems with using Adobe software?

Oh wow.

I have had multiple crashes using adobe photoshop and when I look into this further the CPU and RAM and taking a beating. The CPU is over 100 whilst performing small tasks just as saving work.

I can literally make this MacBook crash at will by using photoshop.

Are there any known issues revolving around the Adobe products are is there a general problem with these new MacBooks?
