wifi issue on iPad

my iPad connects to wifi but reports no internet connection, it is isolated to this iPad as everything else on the same wifi/router setup is working fine. have tried forgetting network and also a reboot of the router and iPad and also a full power down and restart of the iPad.

I have also tried the iPad on another wifi network and this too connects but no internet so it is isolated to the iPad
