By replacing the iPhone 6 with a newer (used, refurb) or new iPhone.

iPhone 6 has half the memory of the oldest supported iPhone, the iPhone 6s, among other differences.

There are no hardware upgrades.

Older iPhone models with iOS 15 support, including the iPhone 6s, are themselves limited with what newer iOS features are available, too.
