Arrows and enter key on Magic keyboard for ipad pro are not working

Arrows and enter key are not working on a certain app ( apple’s and other apps). I have tried restart the ipad, disconnect and reconnect keyboard. Don’t think it’s a setting issue as keyboard was fine before the ipados update.

this is very annoying, is there a way to get it solved please?
