Phone case

I purchased a 49.99 Apple case from our local store when our phones were upgraded on 9/26/2021. The case broke on 11/01/21 and when I took it back to the store, I was told it had a warranty and would be replaced but I need to contact Apple regarding this matter. Can you please let me know how I get a replacement?
