Apple watch apps

I just got a SE watch and i wanted to download some apps but they just keep loading and they wont download, i tried downloading them on my iphone but that didnt work either can you help me ?

Thank you for youre answer, i am connected to a stable wifi and i am loged in to my apple is account, when I attempted to download some apps they just keep loading and dont download it has been 3 hours and there still loading.

Are you connected to a stable wi-fi network? Are you signed into the App Store with your Apple ID and password? What do you see when you attempt to download?
