Hi, i made some cinematic mode video on my iphone 13promax. Imported to fcxp and changed library to Wide gamut HDR, project to Wide Gamut HDR Rec 2020 HLG. My OS is Monterey (M1). After that i go to Clips and i see selection "show cinematic mode", but i can not turn it on. The selection is grey(not available). WHY????

It is best to import using the Import function in FCP with the phone connected, hardwired, to the computer.
If you Airdrop, which is always risky with complex files, you need make sure you tap Options in the Share dialog to make sure the sidecar file goes with it.

How did you import the media? It’s Best Buy connecting the phone to the computer and using FCP. Of you don’t you have to be careful to ensure the sidecar file with the cinematic data is carried over.
I transfered files directly from iphone and it helped!!! thank you.
I drop it via AirDrop from iphone to mac. Please explain with more details how should i transfer files to FCP.
p.s. when i open iMovie in my iphone i CAN use cinematic mode in the app.
Cinematic mode in FCPX is not available in Monterey.
