Set Up Family Sharing Without Adults having Apple devices

My brother and I got iPhones for the holidays. We'd like to use family sharing but our parents don't have any apple devices. Is there a way we could set up family sharing without needing to set it up on apple devices?

iPhone SE, iOS 15

Hey! Thanks for the quick reply. I thought of that too and that was my go to option at first.

you could also change your date of birth in the settings and go about setting it up in the normal fashion. I don’t think that should cause any problems until I turn 18 next year.

It can be done using one device, but it is a bit more difficult using only one device. On the device, have the organizer sign into Settings/Your Name with their Apple ID and set up Family Sharing. If necessary, create the child's ID. Sign out of their ID and sign in with the child's/your ID. Swap Settings/Your Name  in as required.
