Universal Clipboard not working

have an iphone13pro and a 2020 Macbook air. Wifi is on, both devices on the same wifi, bluetooth on both, handoff on both,


Try to copy on phone and paste to laptop and it doesn't work. This is a new problem. Help?

One other thing is that both devices have to be signed in to the same Apple ID.

Have your tried shutting down your iPhone and your MacBook and then restarting the devices again? I have resolved this issue several times in the past with this simple method.
