When I go to. The NBC app from my AppleTV, the home page appears without any images and the screen is frozen. I am unable to make any selections. I would like to uninstall and reinstall the app but don’t know how. Suggestions?

Navigate to the app using your Siri remote touchpad. Then press and hold down on the touchpad until the app icon jiggles. You will then see a pop up with some options, select delete. You can then go into the app store to download the app again. If the issue persists after reinstalling then it is an issue that the developer would need to fix.
