No, you will be prorated for your Apple Care contract on the iPhone 11 (do contact Apple Support - Get Support - for cancelling this contract) and you will need to take a new contract Apple Care for the iPhone 13. The Apple Care contract can only be transferred to the new owner if you decide to sell it yourself.
