5. Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the iPhone

Contact your local retailer, seeing if they replace these slots. 

If you want the data erased on your old iPhone that has a damaged screen, then you will have to get the screen repaired so that you can enter your passcode and authorize the reset.
