I am trying to upgrade my icloud storage but my account is currently disabled

I see you have a disabled Apple account but have not provided any indication why it is disabled. Contact official Apple Support as provided in this support document --> https://support.apple.com/HT208856


Direct solutions may be available as provided in the support document at this link --> https://support.apple.com/HT204106 but as indicated in the * topics below, in your situation Apple apparently prefers you to contact them rather than anything in this second document (even though - oddly - one of the solutions is to contact them as provided in the first document??)
