I can hear when I call, however, for music, apps, and videos I can’t hear anything?
I can hear when I make a call or get notifications, however, I am unable to hear videos, and music

Have you tried turning up the volume for music? That is separate from phone calls and notifications, and can only be done when you have the music playing. Check also to see if you have the Change with Buttons switch on.
