Privacy and restrictions for kids but not for adults - all devices

How to remove privacy and restrictions in screen time on an iMac and MacBook Air for someone aged 50 years old. Normally I know it is for kids to a certain age limit but not for adults. That is my main problem because before it was not such a worry.

Adult accounts and kids accounts cannot be the same.

born 21/03/1971 - country Mauritius. Sex: Female. Nationality: Mauritian - (Franco-mauritian). Apple ID - email etc..

This is my main worry as I never add this problem before.

Regards.
