Transfer additional files from different iPad

Just bought a new iPad (Gen 4) and want to know if in addition to syncing with my iPhone, can I transfer additional games and such from my wife's iPad?

You can only download Apps that have been purchased using your own AppleID - or shared with you using Family Sharing:
