When on a FaceTime call, everyone can hear me, but I’m unable to hear them. I had no problems hearing up until a month ago.

When I make or receive a FaceTime call, the other party hears me but I can’t hear them.

Start troubleshooting here, If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support
