Account is disabled
My iTunes and apple store aren't working and every time i try to use something it says my account is disabled and i don’t know how to fix it.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", or "You cannot login because your account has been locked" (it points to the same document), click here and read what to do ➞ https://support.apple.com/HT208856
