Hi Raquel! I'm new to the communities but a bit more information would be useful.
Firstly, would I be correct to assume you're going from iPhone to iPhone, or were you using a different device before?
If so, how was it you set up your new iPhone? Were you asked whether you wanted to transfer over data from your old device?
