The Apple Health App does not allow me to enter water intake

The Apple Health App does not allow me to enter water intake. I can enter the number of ounces, but when I hit "add" nothing happens.

I don't have any trouble entering workout data. But when I hit "add" after I enter how much water I have drunk, it remains greyed over.
