How on earth do you make a genuis bar appointment? I've being trying to do this, but end up in circles.

Pulling my hair out trying to get genius bar appointment.
This is incredibly frustrating. It's not for me, it's for an older relative who is clueless w/ phone.
Apple is not making it easy at all. This is my 3rd day trying to help her.
Genius bar could fix it immediately.
Where in the scheme of following the link that Rudegar provided are you getting stuck? You click on the link, then select Hardware, then iPhone, then you can select Repairs & Physical Damage, (this does not matter, it just gets you to the area to make an appointment), cracked screen, schedule a repair, It will ask for a serial number, but if you look below that you can skip that step, then it takes you to a place to select a specific store location. Then you will select a time for the appointment.
