Noticed yellow stains on My iPhone XR yesterday it’s 3 years old. What maybe the problem!?

At the risk of asking an obvious question, cleaned the screen recently?

Could be grime, could be wear, could be the oleophobic coating has been damaged or failed, could be an issue with the screen itself, difficult to determine.

If you’re concerned about this, make an appointment with Apple, and have them look at this.
