Hi there my friend, it’s DeeDee. Do you have active subscriptions that required a fee and your payment method is not able to provide the payment. Try changing your payment method. Just a thought. I’m here because I just asked a question regarding payments.

Sorry, changing a payment method won't resolve an account that is disabled in App Store and iTunes. The one and only option is to contact Apple Support.
