If you made the backup to iCloud you can't see it. All you can see is the last backup date in Settings/AppleID/iCloud/iCloud Backup. However, if you are setting up or resetting your iPhone any iCloud backups will be found and offered automatically.

Otherwise... how/where did you make the backup?
