Your iPhone is telling you that it is disabled and will be available for you to try the passcode again in 47 minutes. If you keep entering the wrong passcode, then eventually it will be disabled again and will stop providing opportunities to enter passcodes. If you cannot remember the passcode then You will need to reset the passcode on the iPhone. You will need a computer to complete this task. You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. All your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.
