Unable to charge my iPhone XR
Cannot charge the iPhone XR showing a blank screen.

Is the blank screen because the iPhone's battery is dead?
If it's frozen, then do a force restart
If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
If it's dead because it would not charge..
Are you charging with a cable or a wireless charger?
If charging with a cable, try a wireless charger. If charging with a wireless charger, try a cable.
Have you tried a different charging cable and a different charger? Flip the lightning connector 180 and try again?
Try a different wireless charger?
If still unable to charge the iPhone, grab a flashlight and look up into the charging port. See any obstructions that would prevent the connector from seating properly?
If so, grab something non metallic, like a wooden toothpick (might have to shave it down a hair), and carefully remove any debris up inside the port.
