My Apple ID is not signed into iTunes Music

When I try to download a app and put in my Apple ID it says that it won’t work because It says that my Apple ID is not signed into iTunes Music

Make sure your signed in with your apple is on all apple features like Apple Music app, App Store, settings, etc.
