Why won’t apps load on new iPhone 13 pro?
Thanks so much for your help! We were on Wi-Fi and plugged in, so I think those conditions were satisfied. After about 3 hours on the chat and phone with the good people at Apple, the downloads finished and life is good. I suspect it was an issue that they could resolve, because the downloads amazingly occurred after about 2 minutes with the last, highest level of help. Thank you again for reaching out to help!
In addition to the article linked above, realize you need Wi-Fi (no VPN, no Hotspot), no Low Power Mode, and a well charged battery to download apps.
