how do I solve the problem of videos playing blacked out in safari and chrome browser?
Video bar loads with sound alright but no video shows at all.
I’m on an iphone 7plus and on the ios 15.02 update

We understand you're unable to view videos. We're happy to help.
Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Experimental Features. In that list, check to see if you currently have the GPU Process: Media option enabled. If you do, turn it off.
After that, restart the device then test out your videos and they should play.
