I forgot my activation lock password for my Apple Watch

The Apple ID for the Apple Watch is the same Apple ID and password that was used with your paired iPhone.

If you are now using a new Apple ID, you will need the original purchase receipt with serial number for the Watch and a discussion directly with Apple. Or you will need to recover access to your previous Apple ID. Or recycle the Watch.
